About an hour. We sit down, go through your goals, fitness history, and any injuries, then run a basic movement or strength screen if time allows — or schedule a second hour for that at no cost. We also offer a complimentary strength assessment to establish your baseline before training starts. Wear athletic clothes and be ready to move.
Private is 1-on-1 with your coach every session. Semi-private puts 2 to 3 clients in the same session, each with their own individualized program. Both get the same quality of coaching. Semi-private comes at a lower monthly cost and adds a layer of shared accountability.
We offer month-to-month and a 3-month commitment option. Most clients choose the 3-month because consistent structure produces faster results. All sessions are one hour, by appointment only. If you need to cancel, give us notice and we will schedule a makeup session.
Every program includes a custom meal plan, nutrition check-ins in person or through the app, and access to the Crown Fitness app. The app has your full workout plan, meal plan, progress log, and session tracking all in one place.
Most clients notice visible changes within 4 to 6 weeks. Significant body composition changes typically take 3 to 6 months depending on consistency, goals, and starting point. Your coach will set realistic milestones from day one.
Yes. We have worked with and helped rehabilitate clients with a wide range of physical limitations. As long as you have clearance from your doctor, we will build a program that works safely and effectively around your body.
